Communion Church’s Pastoral and Ministry Leadership Internship Program is a hands-on, spiritually formative program designed to equip emerging leaders for faithful and effective service in the local church and beyond. Through a balanced combination of mentorship with seasoned pastors, practical ministry experience, theological reflection, and leadership development, interns are immersed in the day-to-day life of ministry while being grounded in Scripture, prayer, and Christ-centered character. The program intentionally fosters both personal spiritual growth and ministry competence, helping interns discern their calling, develop essential pastoral skills, and cultivate a servant-hearted approach to leadership that reflects the mission and values of Christ.
